Day 1 ~New Eating Habit

Breakfast:
Sandwish telur mayonis 2 keping


Snacking:
Jambu potong



Lunch:
Nasi putih
Taugeh goreng
Ulam raja +ulam selon+ kacang botol
Patin bakar
Sambal jering



Snacking:
Apple potong



Dinner:
Nasi putih
Ayam grilled
Brocoli +tomato+asparagus grilled

Snacking:
Kiwi slices

Drink:
Air masak 3L
