Day 2 ~ New Eating Habit

Breakfast:
Roti wholemeal 2keping
Telur rebus
Salad
Thousand island
Chili flakes
Skinny low fat milk



Snacking:
Biskut Jacob Hi Fiber 2 keping
Kopi o kosong



Lunch:
Nasi putih
Ikan keli grilled + air asam
Bendi rebus
Jambu+ kiwi slices



Snacking:
Biskut Jacob Hi Fiber 3 keping
Kopi o kosong



Dinner:
Nasi putih
Ayam halia + carrot + kubis bunga + kacang panjang
Salad 
Timun

Snacking:
Apple sebiji
Limau suam kosong

Drink:
